When I come and see you, we'll look over the property and discuss your business and accounts. I can't have too full an understanding of your priorities and the opportunities for the property. With all this information, I'll be able to give you my market appraisal there and then - and advice on marketing - but I'll only take on a property I firmly believe I can sell.
If it's the right thing to do, we can approach potential buyers confidentially.
I'm here to advise you through the whole process, including liaising with your solicitor, once the right buyer has been found. I don't stop working for you until your sale has completed.
