VIEWING

Strictly through Fleurets London office. Staff are unaware and should not be approached under any circumstances. Inspections will be permitted once parties have submitted offers (subject to inspection) and proven their credibility.

TRADE & EXCLUSIONS

The restaurants operate as branded ASK restaurants. No trade is sold or warranted. The restaurants are sold with the benefit of the fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment.

Excluded from the sale will the restaurant's name and any associated branding, electronic tills and computers, leased equipment (if any), stock, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

VAT

All prices / figures quoted and offers made shall be deemed to be exclusive of VAT and VAT will be added where applicable. In most cases VAT is reclaimable. Prospective purchasers should take appropriate professional advice in this regard.
