Valuation & Advisory Roles - South East, West & North

Fleurets are actively seeking experienced valuers and lease advisory surveyors with a keen personal interest in the leisure and hospitality property sectors to join our expanding team.

We have opportunities nationwide within the London and regional offices.

Existing leisure and hospitality property experience is preferrable but not essential as the roles lie within a team of professionals that offers extensive experience and sector knowledge that will provide support and training, where required However, a keen personal interest in this exciting and specialist sector is a prerequisite and improving sector knowledge by customer experience is actively encouraged.

 

Role Description:

Providing valuation and advisory services in respect of a broad range of leisure and hospitality properties. Opportunities exist in both valuation and lease advisory fields.

Working closely with existing clients and networking, both individually and with colleagues, to develop new relationships.

Potential to progress and grow within the business and help shape its future.

Flexible/hybrid working available.

Competitive remuneration package including car allowance.

Bonus potential dependent on financial performance and wider contribution to the team and business.

Enrolment into the company pension scheme after completion of any probation period.

 

Requirements:

  • MRICS
  • Minimum 3 years PQE
  • Registered Valuer status (for valuation roles)
  • Red Book valuation experience (for valuation roles)
  • Good report preparation skills
  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and work through challenges
  • Personal interest and desire to work in the dynamic leisure & hospitality sector
  • Comfortable speaking to and dealing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
  • Desire to visit all forms of leisure & hospitality property
  • Driving licence and driving experience
  • Adaptable
  • Client focused
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to use initiative
