The Great British Pub ranks highly amongst expats

A poll of expats by Lloyds TSB has shown that the Great British Pub is the most missed element of British life next to the British countryside and our famous wicked sense of humour

 

The survey found that 41% of the 1,034 expats interviewed said that they missed the pub. Respondents were asked to pick their top three options, as 46% said they missed the countryside and 42% said they missed the sense of humour.

Of those asked, the Great British Pub was missed the most by people living in Australia.
