Stocks of freehold pubs for sale are currently running at a record high. There are more freehold pubs available in the market today than at any time since the early 1990s. The disposals are the result of ongoing and aggressive churn of the pub company estates and as a result of this we have currently over 290 pubs available to sell freehold, nationwide.

100% finance for insitu tenants exists (if you know where to look), and this presents a superb opportunity for insitu tenants to own their own freehold freehouse, instead of paying rent to their landlords.

Quite simply, insitu tenants, and in particular tied tenants can potentially take advantage of a special finance scheme to acquire their freehold interest with a 100% loan. Barrelage discounts in the free trade market have never been so competitive and consequently the income that is freed up from going free of tie combined with the rent is often more then the anticipated mortgage payments.
