2008 sparks a wave of new appointments

As we came to the tail end of 2007 and entered 2008, here at Fleurets we made a number of key appointments.

The Board, acting through the Executive Committee and in consultation with office managers appointed four, key new members of staff: Barry Voysey, David Broschomb, Graham Campbell and Andrew Spencer.

  • Barry Voysey Bsc (Hons) DipArb MRICS FCIArb joined the South office, a move which underlines the growth plans for that buoyant office in particular and the firm as a whole.

During the past eight years Barry has worked both in industry - for the likes of Whitbread, Laurel Pub Company and Enterprise Inns - as well as private practice.

As a Professional Surveyor, Barry's day to day work will include: rent reviews, lease renewals, capital and rental valuations, property consultancy and estate management of hotels, restaurants, public houses and leisure properties.

  • Graham Campbell joins the Fleurets Restaurant division after 17 years with Greene King.

During his time with the regional brewer and pubco, Graham held a number of roles, including development surveyor within GK, where he was responsible for the acquisition and the development of new build managed houses.

Graham's role within the Restaurant team will see him focus on agency work and assisting Richard Negus with the selling of restaurants, for both corporate and private clients in the London market; Graham will also be involved with business development and the growth of the restaurant division for Fleurets.

  • David Broschomb joins the Fleurets North office as Hotels Negotiator, having previously worked for the past 4 years at a business transfer agency in the leisure, retail and corporate side of the industry.

David brings bags of experience to his new role, including having spent 7 years at a major accountancy practice, specialising in the licensed hospitality market.

David has a strong sales and marketing background - skills he intends putting to good use in his new role, and is a member of the Institution of Commercial Business Agents and also the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

  • Andrew Spencer also joins the Fleurets North office and has taken up the position of Sales Negotiator.

He joins Fleurets having been actively involved with the licensed hospitality property market in the north and north east for the last 5 years, with both private and corporate experience, prior to which he worked across the residential property sector.

Andrew is looking forward to putting his wide experience to good use for Fleurets.
