Pizza Hut restaurants for sale

Pizza Hut is the leading family restaurant group in the UK with over 700 stores. During 2008 Pizza Hut will open some 25 new restaurants and the company is undertaking significant investment into its stores, with more than 100 restaurants being re-fitted by the end of the summer. As part of its ongoing estates review, Pizza Hut has identified a number of properties which no longer fit its brand criteria and have consequently instructed Fleurets to market a number of restaurants for sale.

These restaurants are not to be operated as Pizza Huts. The vast majority of the properties are leasehold and are available singularly or in packages, with many available at NIL PREMIUM.

These outlets are likely to appeal to established restaurateurs and newcomers to the industry. Some outlets will suit alternative uses.
