Q. Can the properties continue to be operated as public houses?
Yes. Purchasers will need to make the necessary applications to transfer the Premises Licence and have a suitably qualified Personal Licence Holder in place.
Q. Can the properties be converted for other uses?
Subject to planning permission many of the properties are well suited for a variety of different uses.
Q. What about conditional offers?
Interested parties are invited to submit offers whether conditional or unconditional. Unconditional offers are however preferred and will have a greater prospect of being accepted.

Q. Is the sale price negotiable?
The guide price is simply a guide price set by Fleurets to simulate activity in the market place. Offers will be considered.
