Site Plans

In the majority of cases electronic site plans of the site are available. They can be downloaded from the website or e-mailed by the Fleurets office responsible for each property.

Inventory

Generally the premises are being sold inclusive of trade inventory. Any items on rent or hire, items owned by the outgoing tenant or items owned by third parties will be excluded from the sale.

Viewings

All viewing must be arranged through the Fleurets office responsible for each property. Interest parties are welcome to visit the properties as a customer but must respect the ongoing business operation of the tenant.

Trade

The properties are being sold as seen. No trade is sold or warranted.

Offers

Interested parties are invited to submit their best offer in writing to the relevant Fleurets office together with:

  • 1. Proof of Funding;
  • 2. Details of the Proposed Use;
  • 3. Experience of operating licensed properties (if applicable);
  • 4. Any conditions attached to the offer.

VAT

The sale of the property is subject to the charge for VAT. Unless otherwise stated any offer made will be deemed to be exclusive of VAT. In most cases the VAT charged is reclaimable. Respective purchasers should consult their accountant for professional advice in this respect.
