  • Barry Gillham FRICS MCIArb - Chairman

    Barry joined Fleurets in 1964 and is based in the London office. He sits on the RICS President's Arbitration and Independent Expert Panels and deals primarily with Arbitration and Independent Expert cases for public houses and restaurants.

    He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Past President of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property and is a Council member of the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers (ALMR).

  • Martin Willis FRICS - Managing Director

    Martin joined Fleurets in 1984 after spending 4 years at Bass plc and 6 years at the Inland Revenue Valuation Office prior to that.

    He is based in the London office and is involved with hotels and all forms of licensed property, portfolio sales and valuations, tax and compulsory purchase valuations, rent reviews and estate management advice to small companies. He has acted as Expert Witness on a number of occasions.

    Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, sits on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Trade Related Valuation Group, and is on the RICS President's Arbitration Panel. Martin sits on Fleurets’ Executive Board.

  • Graeme Bunn Bsc (Hons) MRICS ACIArb - Director and Head of Professional Services

    Graeme joined Fleurets in 2000 after 5 years in private practice at Allsop & Co.

    As Head of Professional Services, Graeme is responsible for professional standards in relation to all valuation and landlord & tenant advisory work. He specialises within the UK pub sector including rent reviews, lease renewals, company asset valuations, securitization valuations, bank valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues.

    He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, regularly acts as an Expert Witness in relation to Arbitration referrals concerning disputed rent reviews. He is based in the London office.

  • Simon Hall Bsc MRICS - Director and Head of Agency

    Simon joined Fleurets in 1997 having worked previously at Whitbread.

    Simon heads up the North office based in Leeds and has experience of capital / rental valuation work of licensed property, but concentrates mainly on agency activities throughout Yorkshire and the North East for all licensed property.

    He a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as Head of Fleurets Agency is responsible for standards of sales and acquisitions work.

  • Richard Negus BSc MRICS - Executive Director

    Richard joined Fleurets in 2003 after working for 13 years at Greene King plc where he was Head of Property for Greene King Pub Company.

    Richard is based in the London office and is responsible for all restaurant professional and agency work nationwide and is involved in corporate projects of all licensed property.

    Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, was elected Chairman of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society in 2008 and was a past Patron Supplier Committee Member of the Restaurant Association. He sits on Fleurets' Executive Board.

  • Paul Newby Bsc (Hons) FRICS MCIArb - Executive Director

    Paul joined Fleurets in 1991 after 10 years in private practice with a Birmingham based firm of chartered surveyors.

    Paul heads up the Midlands office in Birmingham and deals with capital and rental valuations for all licensed property. He sits on the RICS President's Arbitration and Independent Expert Panels and also deals with corporate agency matters.

    Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow member of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property and sits on Fleurets Executive Board.

  • John Nicholl FRICS - Director

    John joined Fleurets in 1976 and is based in the London office. He specialises in the capital and rental valuation of hotels of all forms nationwide. John sits on the RICS President's Arbitration and Independent Expert Panels and for many years was a committee member of Arbrix.

    He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, member of the Entertainment and Leisure Forum (ELF) and a Fellow of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property.

  • Bob Whittle - Director

    Bob joined Fleurets in 1979 after spending 8 years in the Brewing Industry with Scottish & Newcastle Breweries Ltd and Tollemache & Cobbold Breweries Ltd, within Estates Management.

    Bob heads up the East Anglia office and deals primarily with the sale and acquisition of Hotels, Public Houses and Restaurants.

    Bob is also the Hon. Secretary of the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property.
