Alison Willoughby
Alison heads up our recently formed healthcare division, dedicated to the sale and acquisition of care homes, nursing homes and specialist residential facilities. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (Comm), Alison has almost 20 years of specialist healthcare business transfer agency experience. Prior to joining Fleurets, Alison spent nearly 12 years at DC Care, where she was a regional director, covering the north of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Having developed an extensive network of operators, private equity investors and funders, Alison has completed transactions ranging in value from £300,000 for a closed care home, to £54m for a large, highly specialist group. She has advised on both exit planning and portfolio expansion across the whole of the United Kingdom, with experience of five separate healthcare regulatory bodies.
As well as agency services, Alison provides advice to operators, funders and insolvency practitioners for businesses in distress.
