He assumed the role of Managing Director for Fleurets as of September 2015, having previously been Head of Professional Services, for which he was responsible for professional standards in relation to all valuation and landlord & tenant advisory work. He specialises within the UK pub and leisure sector dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, company asset valuations, securitisation valuations, bank valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues. He is also active in the leisure investment market. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he regularly acts as an Expert Witness in relation to Litigation, Arbitration and Independent Expert referrals concerning disputed rent reviews.

His entire career has been in the licensed, leisure and hospitality property sectors. Paul has extensive experience in both agency and professional services relating to hotels, restaurants and public houses. With overall responsibility for Fleurets' hotel division, Paul has a particular focus on hotel instructions.
Paul is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and often acts as Expert Witness in third party proceedings, including giving evidence in Court.

Simon primarily deals with agency matters including sales, acquisitions and lettings on behalf of national corporate, local corporate and private clients. He takes a leading role in overseeing the management of key national corporate client sales projects, as well as providing specialist sales and marketing advice where required. He primarily deals with properties in the Yorkshire and North East region.

As head of the North West office based in Manchester, he deals with capital and rental valuations, as well as agency matters, for all types of licensed and leisure property. He also provides estate management and asset valuation advice for both national and regional companies.

View CV [pdf] Download [vCard]Ed joined Fleurets as a licensed, leisure and hotel property valuer, having previously worked for a number of specialist leisure property consultants. He has 12 years experience dedicated to this specialised sector.
Most recently he spent two and half years working in Australia conducting valuations for loan security of various hospitality business including iconic venues such as the Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney, Manley Wharf Bar, and Watsons Bay Hotel to name a few.
Presently working as Divisional Director in the London office, he acts for all the major banks and financial institutions providing valuation advice. Historic instructions include the valuation of a portfolio of Odeon Cinemas investments, a portfolio O2 Academy Music Venues, 29 Enterprise Inn investments, a portfolio of bowling centres operated by Bowlplex together with a number of one off instructions.
In addition he acts for landlords and tenants in the settlement of rent disputes on public houses, restaurants, hotels, nightclub premises and leisure properties in the London and south east area. This involves acting as Expert Witness in the preparation of evidence to Independent Experts and Arbitrators, involving the profits valuation and properties valued by reference to square foot comparables. Regular clients include Enterprise Inns, Hall and Woodhouse and Fuller Smith & Turner.
Ed has recently passed the Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration and is working towards a position on the Presidents Panel of Arbitrators.
