Acting on behalf of a private client, Fleurets successfully completed the freehold sale of this highly regarded restaurant with rooms in Canterbury city centre, off a guide price of £995,000. This late 16th century Grade II listed property was acquired through Fleurets in 2015 and through long term investment, commitment and entrepreneurial flair has been developed into a very successful business with an enviable reputation.

The Wheatsheaf in Midhurst, West Sussex was acquired by national pub operator Red Oak Taverns. Located within South Downs National Park, the historic property was marketed on both a national and local basis, generating strong interest from a wide range of leisure operators.

There were vacant upper parts, suitable for development & 0.54 acres of parking. We proceeded to best bids, gaining multiple offers. The site was sold successfully off an asking price of £3,500,000. The freehold was ultimately sold to a local firm for residential use.
