Fleurets are actively seeking three Chartered Surveyors, with a keen personal interest in the leisure and hospitality property sectors, to join our expanding valuation and advisory team, focussing on the valuation of operational and trading entities located across London, the south east and south west.

Our requirement is primarily for valuation expertise (Registered Valuers), although additional opportunities exist in lease advisory.

Successful candidates will report into either our London or Bristol offices, however living in close proximity to these locations is not essential as a key benefit will be the ability to service property valuations throughout the three regions.

Role Description:

Providing valuation services in respect of a broad range of leisure and hospitality properties for a variety of purposes including loan security, purchaser due diligence, portfolio asset valuations, company accounts, probate, matrimonial disputes and similar.

Working closely with existing clients and networking, both individually and with colleagues to develop new relationships.

Opportunity to develop and expand skills and qualifications via sector specific training.

Existing leisure and hospitality property experience is not essential as the roles lie within a team of professionals that offers extensive experience and sector knowledge that will provide support and training where required.

However, a keen personal interest in this exciting and specialist sector along with a desire to develop professionally as a recognised expert is a prerequisite!

Improving sector knowledge by customer experience is actively encouraged.
