Our work

Blue Lion, East Witton

Instructed on behalf of the local estate to let this country inn due to the retirement of the previous tenant. The property received substantial interest with a number of parties putting proposals together. After an interview process one party was selected and final terms agreed. The intention is to close in the first quarter of 2023 for a major refurbishment and relaunch to take this was fantastic venue onto the next phase of its long history.

Drayton Crown, Langport

Instructed to find a tenant on behalf of the owner, who had been running the pub since purchasing the freehold. Refurbished pub with letting rooms, Fleurets found the operator of an award-winning pub in Surrey to take the property on a new lease, paying a premium for the pub.

Broad Street, Bath

Bath city centre letting. Partially fitted restaurant on established licensed circuit within the UNESCO city of Bath. Letting to multiple site operator.

Manor, Frinton on Sea

Instructed by a private client to whom we previously sold the property to, following extensive marketing and advertising we were delighted to be able to agree terms to a local community group, formed to acquire and save the village pub.

New Restaurant, Felixstowe

Instructed by a local authority to secure a suitable tenant for a multi-million pound development of a new beach side bar/restaurant overlooking the sea. Via our extensive networks of local operators we were able to secure terms to a private multiple operator with the venue opening early 2022.

Railway Inn, Aldeburgh

Owned by a family brewer as part of their tenanted estate, initially advising on possible disposal we were able to attract a number of suitable tenants with terms being agreed to an experienced operator and the asset being retained and producing good income levels.

Kings Head, Great Yarmouth

Instructed by a corporate pub company to secure a tenant on their pub which had been closed for a number of years. By utilising our local knowledge of existing owners and operators we were able to agree terms to a local couple with years of license experience.

Green Man, Thriplow

Instructed by a local community group to find a suitable tenant for their village pub. Following an extensive marketing programme we were able to present a number of suitable operators with the group being able to successfully agree on a tenant.

Café Rouge, Bury St Edmunds

Instructed by landlord as operator had entered administration, we were asked to find a comparable tenant with strong covenant through our extensive network of contacts we were able to agree terms with a national pub company with the lease completing quickly after heads of terms were agreed.

Flight Club

Flight Club, the home of social darts. Fleurets acted for the landlord, Melleca Properties Limited, in respect of the marketing and subsequent letting of the basement and ground floor of 55 New Oxford Street to Flight Club Darts Ltd on a new 20 year lease.

Ikonic, Bolton

Acting for a local investor landlord, this closed and stripped 8000 sq ft nightclub was sucessfully let within a 6 month period from instruction to completion.

Las Iguanas, Sheffield

Following the Administration of Las Iguanas Fleurets provided strategic advice to the Landlord that led to the reletting of a fitted unit in the middle of the pandemic to Wagu Steak restaurant operator Shoot The Bull

Town Hall, Malton

On behalf of The Fitzwilliam (Malton) Estate, Fleurets concluded the letting of the Grade II listed former Town Hall in the cente of Malton, securing the commitment of the popular Stew & Oyster brand, making it their sixth unit.

Revolution, Sunderland

A city centre High Street Bar formerly let to Revolution extending to 8500 sq ft over 2 floors. Completed letting to local multiple operator within 4 months during the pandemic.

Queens Arms, Litton

Acting for a local Landlord Fleurets advised in respect of a lease termination and new operator selection. Undertaking marketing and tenant appraisal and completing a new lease and transfer of the bsuiness.

Tower, Hull

Successful letting of this impressive, but closed, 1200 capacity, 800 sq m nightclub situated in a former Ballroom adjacent to the train station in Hull city centre. Let to independent operator from the south east.

Pure Gym, Croydon

Acted on behalf of the landlord to lease c20,000 sq ft of former nightclub and snooker hall space in Croydon to Pure Gym. 

Borough High Street, London

Acting on behalf of a private client, Fleurets conducted an operator search and selection process, agreeing terms for the letting of a seven storey new build 50 bedroom 4 star boutique hotel, bar and restaurant occupying a prime Central London location close to London Bridge.
