Upham Pub Company

Acquisition advice to CBRE Global Investors in respect of a portfolio of 14 freehold public houses, in a deal of c.£19,000,000, let on the basis of new 125 year ground rent leases to Upham Group Plc.

The Eagle, Hoxton

Disposal, on behalf of a charity, of the freehold investment let in part to Mitchells & Butler Retail Limited and in part to McMullen & Sons Limited for in excess of £4,200,000.

Peach Pubco

A Sale & Leaseback investment deal on 4 freehold operations for Peach Pub Company to raise funds to secure further investment in its 19-strong portfolio paving the way for the next stage of growth. Freeholds of The Rose & Crown in Warwick, The One Elm in Stratford, The Swan in Salford and The Richard Onslow in Cranleigh.

Seafood Pubco

Acquisition advice to CBRE Global Investors in respect of eight freehold public houses, in a deal of c.£5,000,000, on the basis of new 125 year ground rent lease let to Seafood Pub Company Ltd.

Bel & The Dragon, Windsor

Off market transaction acting for Tavern Propco on a restaurant investment in Windsor let to Bel & The Dragon, with 21 years unexpired.

British Land Investment

Valuation advice to Aprirose in their acquisition of 45 pubs let to Spirit Pub Company, a circa £130m transaction. The vendor was British Land. The properties spanned the UK including: Brighton, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Nottingham and Twickenham.
