Our Urban Markets team has unrivalled knowledge of our town and city centres, combining their sector knowledge and vision to assist owners and operators in creating places and maximising a property’s potential. Fleurets were instructed by the landlord to negotiate a renewal of the lease for this restaurant, which is located in a prime position in Hitchin town centre. We were able to achieve a rent in line with pre-pandemic values and also agreed the surrender of valuable residential accommodation back to our client.

Instructed by a local authority to secure a suitable tenant for a multi-million pound development of a new beach side bar/restaurant overlooking the sea. Via our extensive networks of local operators we were able to secure terms to a private multiple operator with the venue opening early 2022.

Acting on behalf of Adur District Council we completed a letting to Boxpark Developments Ltd, involving planning permission to convert the former council toilet block on Shoreham Beach Green. The plans included a split level cafe-restaurant with a roof terrace, public toilets/beach facilities and vast community space for up to 90 people.

Following M7 Real Estate’s acquisition of The Mailbox and subsequent listing on the International Property Securities Exchange (ISPX) in May 2021, Fleurets were appointed to source new leisure and wellbeing tenants, to complement the existing tenant mix. The development boasts a waterside setting, with exciting plans to attract new occupiers to the scheme.

Acting for Novus, Fleurets sold the historic Balls Brothers brand to Mosaic Pub & Dining as part of a deal which included the Balls Brothers sites in the City at Austin Friars, Shoe Lane, Minster Court and the iconic Sterling in the Gherkin.

After discussing with Six by Nico their desire to take a high profile restaurant unit in Central London, Fleurets undertook a search of the general marketplace, exploring opportunities with landlords, their agents and operators. A number of sites were considered across the Capital with the ex-Zizzi site in Fitzrovia being selected.
