Our work

Blue Lion, East Witton

Instructed on behalf of the local estate to let this country inn due to the retirement of the previous tenant. The property received substantial interest with a number of parties putting proposals together. After an interview process one party was selected and final terms agreed. The intention is to close in the first quarter of 2023 for a major refurbishment and relaunch to take this was fantastic venue onto the next phase of its long history.

White Horse, Hascombe

Acting for a private client, Fleurets sold the freehold of this beautiful Grade II Listed destination freehouse, located in the stunning Surrey Hills, to Young's & Co PLC in an off market transaction. Young's stated they were delighted to have acquired this quintessential English country pub as a great addition to their premium managed pub portfolio.

Drayton Crown, Langport

Instructed to find a tenant on behalf of the owner, who had been running the pub since purchasing the freehold. Refurbished pub with letting rooms, Fleurets found the operator of an award-winning pub in Surrey to take the property on a new lease, paying a premium for the pub.

Brewhouse, Cambridge

Fleurets were instructed to act on behalf of Jesus College in connection with a rent review of pub premises in central Cambridge.

Manor, Frinton on Sea

Instructed by a private client to whom we previously sold the property to, following extensive marketing and advertising we were delighted to be able to agree terms to a local community group, formed to acquire and save the village pub.

New Restaurant, Felixstowe

Instructed by a local authority to secure a suitable tenant for a multi-million pound development of a new beach side bar/restaurant overlooking the sea. Via our extensive networks of local operators we were able to secure terms to a private multiple operator with the venue opening early 2022.

Yaxham Mill, Dereham

Through a long close association with the owner we were able to market this hotel extensively and after agreeing terms were able to assist the seller with strategic advice following an adverse valuation, to agreeing new terms and successfully completing on the sale to a first time buyer.

Anchor Inn, Ely

Instructed by Administrators on this former well known riverside village dining pub with rooms, through precise marketing and local knowledge we were able to generate multiple offers leading to a best & final offer process, selling to one of 6 bidders for the property.

Railway Inn, Aldeburgh

Owned by a family brewer as part of their tenanted estate, initially advising on possible disposal we were able to attract a number of suitable tenants with terms being agreed to an experienced operator and the asset being retained and producing good income levels.

Kings Head, Great Yarmouth

Instructed by a corporate pub company to secure a tenant on their pub which had been closed for a number of years. By utilising our local knowledge of existing owners and operators we were able to agree terms to a local couple with years of license experience.

Green Man, Thriplow

Instructed by a local community group to find a suitable tenant for their village pub. Following an extensive marketing programme we were able to present a number of suitable operators with the group being able to successfully agree on a tenant.

Joiners Arms, Bloxham

Instructed to provide valuation advice for development/refurbishment funds following the acquisition of a closed public house. The works included an extension and the upgrade of all araes of the business to provide a quality pub restauarant operation with c.140 covers. Following refurbishment the intention was to let the property to an experienced multiple operator.

Waterfront Bar, Westward Ho!

Provided valuation advice for loan security purposes in connection with this substantial resort centre bar/restaurant which provided c.200 internal and c.500 external covers together with 11 ensuite letting bedrooms.

Investment Portfolio

This involved the Investment sale of a portfolio of 8 freehold community pubs let on free of tie agreements of varying lengths and a total rent roll of £268,000pa

Egerton Arms, Broxton, Chester

Acting for Robinsons Brewery Fleurets successfully identified an acquisition opportunity and negotiated both the freehold investment purchase and later the leasehold business purchase.

Crown Inn, Stoke by Nayland

Fleurets had a long established contact with the owners of this property so when the owners were considering an exit they asked Fleurets to handle the sale in the strictest of confidence and off market. We targetted a small number of the most suitable operators including The Chestnut Group who viewed the following day and agreed a purchase of the shares in the operating company. The deal completed in under 2 months.

Stable Bar & Restaurant, Bath

Acting on the instructions of Fuller Smith & Turner in respect of the Stable Bar & Restaurants in Bath city centre, sucessfully negotiating the rent review and a securing a reversionary lease extension.

Prince of Wales, Woolavington

On the recommendation of Pegasus Planning Consultants Fleurets were instructed by Box Property Group Limited to provide a written Expert Report addressing the ongoing economic viability of a closed public house where a planning application for change of use to a convenience store and residential development had been refused. The refusal was appealed and planning permission granted.
