Acting on behalf of a national pub operator, we were instructed to secure a sale for alternative use. Ideally located just 200 metres from Southampton Solent University's main campus and halls of residence, the site attracted strong interest from a wide range of serious buyers. The freehold was ultimately sold to a local firm for residential use.

We sold this 16th century character pub in a lovely rural location near Amersham in an off-market transaction. The Old Swan sits in almost an acre and includes a very large and attractive beer garden and customer car park. The pub and restaurant which also benefits from four external letting rooms was let on behalf of a private client. The new tenant, who has experience within the industry plans to continue to operate as a traditional 'local' with a good, home cooked food including Sunday roasts.
