Paul joined Fleurets in 2000 following two years as estate manager with Scottish & Newcastle responsible for its pub, restaurant and hotel estate in the south east. His entire career has been in the leisure and hospitality property sectors. Paul has extensive experience across agency and valuation advisory services relating to hotels, restaurants and pubs although, with overall responsibility for Fleurets' hotel division, he has a particular focus on hotels. Paul is on the RICS President's panel of Independent Experts and regularly accepts appointments as Expert Witness in relation to litigation and third party disputes concerning rent reviews.

Simon heads Fleurets Leeds office, dealing with agency matters across the Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and the North East regions. Having work for Whitbread and Barry Crux & Co, he joined Fleurets in 1997 as a Valuer and Agent. He chose to focus on the agency side of the business and was promoted to the Board in 2007, taking over nationwide responsibilities for agency standards and practices within the firm.

David is Head of Fleurets North West office based in Manchester. He is also a Director and National Head of Valuations. He deals with capital and rental valuations, as well as agency matters, for all types of licensed and leisure property, particularly pubs, restaurants and hotels. He specialises in dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, bank valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues. He also provides estate management and asset valuation advice for both national and regional companies. He is panel manager for most banking and lending clients.

James has over 20 years' experience specialising in all aspects of leisure property agency including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate clients, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Such experience and contact book means James regularly has an active role in many of the sectors leading transactions, most of which are completed confidentially.

Kevin joined Fleurets in 2010 and has specialised in the leisure sector since 2005, previously working at King Sturge. He has overall responsibility for the Bristol office of Fleurets and is Head of Urban Markets, overseeing Fleurets' activity within town and city centres across the UK. Kevin primarily focuses on agency instructions, acting for a number independent and corporate clients on sales, lettings and acquisitions. Kevin also undertakes professional work across the South West and Wales region.

Andy heads up Fleurets' transactional activity in Central London, focusing on pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants. This includes advising on individual and group freehold sales/acquisitions, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate companies, landlords, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Andy joined Fleurets as a Negotiator in 2003 from an operations background in the licensed leisure sector having worked for managed house operators and a national pub company.

Alistair brings a wealth of experience in hotel brokerage having previously held senior positions at a number of multi disciplinary property companies, most recently Avison Young. Alistair has dealt with a whole multitude of transactions across the North of the UK and has an extensive client contact book built up from over 20 years in the industry. Alistair’s role will see him providing clients within the hotel industry with advice regarding disposals and acquisitions, as well as lease and management negotiations.

Nick is a Divisional Director of Fleurets and head of the South office. He specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as national corporate pub companies. Nick has previously been involved in a number of package sales and acquisitions in the South East.

Lesley is a Divisional Director of Fleurets and a Chartered Surveyor of many years' experience. Lesley handles a variety of both professional and agency instructions, although primarily concentrates on Agency including both sales, acquisitions and lettings. This is on a regional basis covering the North West of England. Lesley specialises in hotels, inns, guest houses and public houses, working for both private and corporate clients.

Andy joined Fleurets in 1997 and works out of the Birmingham office overseeing agency matters throughout the East & West Midlands. Whilst frequently contributing to professional and valuation instructions, Andy has always specialised in agency dealing with all manner of pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels. Throughout this time, he has acted for a wide range of property owners and occupiers, selling to and for the majority of the country's major breweries and pub companies as well as hundreds of private clients.

Chris specialises on the agency side of the business dealing with public houses, hotels and restaurants across the south west acting for both private and corporate clients. He is one of the most experienced licensed agents in the south west having been involved with licensed properties for 24 years. He is also a Divisional Director of Fleurets and a Chartered Surveyor of many years' experience.

Tim Martin is a Divisional Director in Fleurets Manchester office. Specialising in the pub & restaurant sectors, he is responsible for the sale and acquisition of licensed properties (both freehold and leasehold) throughout the North West of England and North Wales. He is experienced in dealing with private clients and landlords, as well as large corporate operators, administrators and pension funds.

Rosie joined Fleurets in 2013 following a period of time working front of house in the restaurant sector, becoming a Divisional Director in 2020. Rosie is based in the London office, covering London and the south-east, and has over 8 years of hospitality and leisure property experience. Rosie advises parties on a range of matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals and planning viability, as well as undertaking valuations for various purposes. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Rosie regularly acts as an Expert Witness in relation to Arbitration and Independent Expert referrals concerning disputed rent reviews.

Elysia joined Fleurets in January 2014 to work within the Agency Team in London office.

Working on the transactional side of the business within Capital Markets she deals with Investment acquisitions and disposals. Acting both on portfolios of sites and on individual assets, of varying lot sizes, countrywide. Her client base includes private equity firms and individual clients.

She also specialises in the freehold sales, new lettings and assignments of public houses for both large corporate pub companies and private individuals. She also has background in dealing with nightclubs and hotels. Geographical she primarily deals with properties within Central, North and East London, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

Jason is a Senior Associate at Fleurets, having recently joined the firm in April 2023. Operating from the London office, Jason undertakes a range of professional work across London and the Southeast of the UK. Jason is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer with in excess of 20 years experience across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.

Mark works within the Cambridge team at Fleurets and specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate pub companies. He primarily deals with properties and opportunities within the counties of Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

Having spent a number of years as a residential estate agent working in Greater London and Middlesex, Mark relocated to Essex as part of a lifestyle change in 2000 and in 2001 joined Christie + Co within their Licenced and Leisure sector.

Having worked within the industry since then Mark has been involved in several high-profile sales and acquisitions for operators within various sectors before moving to Fleurets in 2023 in order to cover the East of the Region.

Anthony joined Fleurets in 2001 having previously worked for a regional brewer/pub company and a national licensed retailer, hotelier, brewer and leisure group. He has over 30 years' experience and specialism providing professional consultancy in the pubs/bars, restaurants, hotels and leisure property sectors.

Simon works within the London pubs team at Fleurets and specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate pub companies, trusts, administrators and pension funds.

He primarily deals with properties within Central and South London, Kent and Essex.

Nick Fisher is a Senior Associate based in the Bristol agency department. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has specialised in the licensed and leisure property sector throughout the UK for nearly 16 years. Nick joined Fleurets in October 2020 and advises on a variety of freehold and leasehold instructions across the leisure market. His work covers all the major town and city centres across the region.

George has recently joined Fleurets as a Graduate Surveyor after completing his Undergraduate Real Estate Degree at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. George is currently rotating through the Agency and Valuation teams to give him a diverse skill set to complete his APC and become a member of the RICS.
