Graeme joined Fleurets in 2000 after 5 years in private practice at Allsop & Co. He assumed the role of Managing Director for Fleurets as of September 2015, having previously been Head of Professional Services, for which he was responsible for professional standards in relation to all valuation and landlord & tenant advisory work. He specialises within the UK pub and leisure sector dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, company asset valuations, loan security valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues. He is also active in the leisure investment market. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he regularly acts as an Expert Witness in relation to matrimonial proceedings, professional negligence actions, and other litigation arising from valuation disputes, most recently in the case of Diana Langer v John McKeown.
Simon heads Fleurets Leeds office, dealing with agency matters across the Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and the North East regions. Having work for Whitbread and Barry Crux & Co, he joined Fleurets in 1997 as a Valuer and Agent. He chose to focus on the agency side of the business and was promoted to the Board in 2007, taking over nationwide responsibilities for agency standards and practices within the firm.
Paul joined Fleurets in 2000 following two years as estate manager with Scottish & Newcastle responsible for its pub, restaurant and hotel estate in the south east. His entire career has been in the leisure and hospitality property sectors. Paul has extensive experience across agency and valuation advisory services relating to hotels, restaurants and pubs although, with overall responsibility for Fleurets' hotel division, he has a particular focus on hotels. Paul is on the RICS President's panel of Independent Experts and regularly accepts appointments as Expert Witness in relation to litigation and third party disputes concerning rent reviews.
David is Head of Fleurets North West office based in Manchester. He is also a Director and National Head of Valuations. He deals with capital and rental valuations, as well as agency matters, for all types of licensed and leisure property, particularly pubs, restaurants and hotels. He specialises in dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, bank valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues. He also provides estate management and asset valuation advice for both national and regional companies. He is panel manager for most banking and lending clients.
James has over 20 years' experience specialising in all aspects of leisure property agency including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate clients, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Such experience and contact book means James regularly has an active role in many of the sectors leading transactions, most of which are completed confidentially.

With over 20 years of experience in the specialist sector both in the UK and Australia and a strong grounding in valuation, Ed has an excellent understanding of operational assets, which enables him to support all stakeholder (lenders, operators and investors) in transactional and valuation instructions.
Nick is a Divisional Director of Fleurets and head of the South office. He specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as national corporate pub companies. Nick has previously been involved in a number of package sales and acquisitions in the South East.
Lesley is a Divisional Director of Fleurets and a Chartered Surveyor of many years' experience. Lesley handles a variety of both professional and agency instructions, although primarily concentrates on Agency including both sales, acquisitions and lettings. This is on a regional basis covering the North West of England. Lesley specialises in hotels, inns, guest houses and public houses, working for both private and corporate clients.
Andy joined Fleurets in 1997 and works out of the Birmingham office overseeing agency matters throughout the East & West Midlands. Whilst frequently contributing to professional and valuation instructions, Andy has always specialised in agency dealing with all manner of pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels. Throughout this time, he has acted for a wide range of property owners and occupiers, selling to and for the majority of the country's major breweries and pub companies as well as hundreds of private clients.
Chris specialises on the agency side of the business dealing with public houses, hotels and restaurants across the south west acting for both private and corporate clients. He is one of the most experienced licensed agents in the south west having been involved with licensed properties for 24 years. He is also a Divisional Director of Fleurets and a Chartered Surveyor of many years' experience.
Tim Martin is a Divisional Director in Fleurets Manchester office. Specialising in the pub & restaurant sectors, he is responsible for the sale and acquisition of licensed properties (both freehold and leasehold) throughout the North West of England and North Wales. He is experienced in dealing with private clients and landlords, as well as large corporate operators, administrators and pension funds.
Stuart is an experienced chartered surveyor and registered valuer who has worked in the licensed and leisure property sectors since 1985. Prior to joining Fleurets in 1982 he was employed for 15 years by the former Allied Domecq Group of companies in various estate management roles. After an initial two year period in the London office Stuart moved to Bristol where he headed up the office for circa 18 years. He is a Divisional Director who has responsibility for professional instructions in the South West and South Wales region and is based in the Fleurets Bristol office. Stuart is involved in all aspects of professional work.
Kevin joined Fleurets in 2010 and has specialised in the leisure sector since 2005, previously working at King Sturge. He has overall responsibility for the Bristol office of Fleurets and is Head of Urban Markets, overseeing Fleurets' activity within town and city centres across the UK. Kevin primarily focuses on agency instructions, acting for a number independent and corporate clients on sales, lettings and acquisitions. Kevin also undertakes professional work across the South West and Wales region.
Rosie joined Fleurets in 2013 following a period of time working front of house in the restaurant sector, becoming a Divisional Director in 2020. Rosie is based in the London office, covering London and the south-east, and has over 8 years of hospitality and leisure property experience. Rosie advises parties on a range of matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals and planning viability, as well as undertaking valuations for various purposes. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Rosie regularly acts as an Expert Witness in relation to Arbitration and Independent Expert referrals concerning disputed rent reviews.
Simon joined Fleurets agency team in February 2015 from private practice and covers the East Anglia region for Fleurets overseeing the areas of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, North Essex, Hertfordshire and South Lincolnshire, where he specialises in all aspects of license and leisure agency work for private and corporate clients involving individual and group freehold sales, lettings, leasehold assignments and acquisitions. Simon has a broad and extensive knowledge of the leisure sector having been involved in the area over three decades.
Andy originally joined Fleurets in 2003 coming from a pub company background and prior to that having five years of experience in pub management. Andy provides specialist leisure property advice to landlords, tenants, operators and investors. He is transaction focussed, providing guidance on the marketing process, operator search/selection, strategic leisure scheme planning, alongside the sale, letting and acquisition of all leisure property including hotels, bars, pubs, late night leisure, restaurants and experiential concepts. Andy’s client base is private individuals as well as regional and national corporate pub companies, trusts, administrators and pension funds.
Philip is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years professional experience in the licensed and leisure sector and Urban Markets. Philip specialises in lease advisory and the negotiation of rent, acting on behalf of leisure property owners and operators. Throughout the Covid-19 crisis, Philip has handled extensive negotiations between landlords and tenants to reach resolutions of rent debt. Philip is based in the London office and also covers the East office region.
Monique is a Divisional Director of Fleurets based in Birmingham with over 25 years' experience in the hospitality sector. Specialising in all aspects of professional consultancy including company asset valuations, securitisation valuations, bank valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues. Monique primarily deals with properties within the Midlands region, in particular public houses, hotels, restaurants, golf courses and caravan parks.
Alison Willoughby is Head of Healthcare at Fleurets, overseeing Fleurets' activity in the specialist healthcare market across the UK, covering five separate regulatory regimes.
Alison specialises in negotiating on freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, acting on behalf of single and multi-site operators, corporate providers, new entrants and private equity investors. She has an in-depth knowledge of the care market, from elderly to highly specialised care, and from small residential style units, to care villages.
Anthony joined Fleurets in 2001 having previously worked for a regional brewer/pub company and a national licensed retailer, hotelier, brewer and leisure group. He has over 30 years' experience and specialism providing professional consultancy in the pubs/bars, restaurants, hotels and leisure property sectors.
As an Associate with Fleurets Manchester office, Ian is responsible for the sale and letting of licensed properties both freehold and leasehold throughout the North West of England and North Wales. This includes dealing with private clients as well as large corporate companies, administrators and pension fund managers.
Simon works within the London pubs team at Fleurets and specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate pub companies, trusts, administrators and pension funds.
He primarily deals with properties within Central and South London, Kent and Essex.
Nick Fisher is a Senior Associate based in the Bristol agency department. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has specialised in the licensed and leisure property sector throughout the UK for nearly 16 years. Nick joined Fleurets in October 2020 and advises on a variety of freehold and leasehold instructions across the leisure market. His work covers all the major town and city centres across the region.
Andrew is an Associate with Fleurets Leeds office, responsible for the sale of licensed properties both freehold and leasehold throughout Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire and the North East. This includes dealing with private clients as well as large corporate concerns, administrators and pension funds. Instructions can vary from a small private freehold country inn, to a letting of a community public house to the assignment of a large town centre leasehold circuit venue.
Elysia joined Fleurets in January 2014 to work within the Agency Team in the London office. She specialises in the freehold sales, new lettings and leasehold assignments of public houses for both large corporate pub companies and private individuals. She also has some background in dealing with nightclubs and hotels.
She primarily deals with properties within Central, North and East London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire.
Peter is a Senior Associate at Fleurets, having joined the firm in 2018. Operating from the Manchester and Leeds offices, Peter undertakes a wide range of professional work across the North of the UK. Peter is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer and has specialised in professional work with an emphasis on leisure property having worked within the Licensed Leisure team at Savills.
Nick has specialised in licensed property agency for the past 35 years and acts for a wide range of private clients, many of whom he has dealt with over a long number of years and also a range of national and regional corporate clients.
George has recently joined Fleurets as a Graduate Surveyor after completing his Undergraduate Real Estate Degree at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. George is currently rotating through the Agency and Valuation teams to give him a diverse skill set to complete his APC and become a member of the RICS.
Mical recently joined the Fleurets London team as a graduate surveyor. She joins Fleurets following completion of a Master's Degree, with the core module being valuation and working as an Estate Manager for a local council in London.
