The sale resulted in the completion of the Royal Exchange in Lindford which was an off market sale and the Rose and Crown near Alton, which was openly marketed with strong interest from a number of operators. Both properties completed to Henley-based pub operator Brakspear.

Despite footfall to the City still recovering post pandemic, interest levels were excellent with over 10 proposals received.
