Director - Head of Central London Agency

Andy heads up Fleurets' transactional activity in Central London, focusing on pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants. This includes advising on individual and group freehold sales/acquisitions, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate companies, landlords, trusts, administrators and pension funds. Andy joined Fleurets as a Negotiator in 2003 from an operations background in the licensed leisure sector having worked for managed house operators and a national pub company.

Mark works within the Cambridge team at Fleurets and specialises in all aspects of agency work including individual and group freehold sales, leasehold assignments and new lettings for private individuals as well as regional and national corporate pub companies. He primarily deals with properties and opportunities within the counties of Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

Having spent a number of years as a residential estate agent working in Greater London and Middlesex, Mark relocated to Essex as part of a lifestyle change in 2000 and in 2001 joined Christie + Co within their Licenced and Leisure sector.

Having worked within the industry since then Mark has been involved in several high-profile sales and acquisitions for operators within various sectors before moving to Fleurets in 2023 in order to cover the East of the Region.
