The Seacroft on Anglesey sold to Robinson's Brewery

Independent family brewer Frederic Robinson Ltd has bought The Seacroft in Trearddur Bay on Anglesey. The property was previously privately owned and the transaction brokered by Tim Martin of Fleurets.

Flight Club opens Victoria unit

Flight Club, the social darts concept, has opened its latest, and largest site yet, in Victoria's Nova development. The opening marks Flight Club's fourth UK site, and third in London. Propel reported that Flight Club lodged plans for a Birmingham venue in September and also plans to introduce a shuffleboard concept in London next year.

Restaurant Group shareholders approve purchase of Wagamama

The Restaurant Group shareholders have approved the purchase of Wagamama for £559m, paying £357m in cash, reports The Caterer. Assuming Wagamama's current debt, TRG intend to raise £315m by issuing 290 million new shares, with existing shareholders offered 13 new for nine old shares based at 108.5p.

ETM report strong financial results

As reported by Pub and Bar Magazine, ETM has announced a 34.7% increase in group turnover, to £27m, and group EBITDA grew 202.6% to £2.7m, for the year ending 29 February 2018. This year also saw the opening of two sites in the City of London, Broadleaf and the Long Arm Pub & Brewery; with a strong pipeline of openings planned for the coming five years.

HotStats reports strong UK hotel performance

According to HotStats' latest data, across UK hotels, profit per room saw a 9% year-on-year increase in October. Furthermore, The Caterer reported that RevPAR increased by 8.3% to £102.67; whilst average room rate increased 5.3% to £122.92 and a 2.3 percentage point growth in room occupancy to 83.5%.

Comprising of 53 one and two-bedroom apartments as well as independent bar and restaurant, 26 Furnival. Marking Supercity's fourth London aparthotel, The Chronicle joins The Rosebery in Clerkenwell as well as Templeton Place and Nevern Place both in Earl's Court. Church Street is set to open in Manchester in December 2018 as well as Q Square in Brighton early next year.
