Fulham Shore announces increase in turnover

Fulham Shore, owner of Franco Manca and Real Greek, has reported a 9.3% increase in revenue to £36m in the six months to 29th September 2019, reports The Caterer. In this period, six Franco Manca's opened as well as one Real Greek. A seventh Franco Manca opened in Bishopsgate yesterday.

Record ADR and RevPAR for London hotel market in November

The latest data from STR has revealed that the London hotel market has seen record average daily rates and RevPAR levels for November. Propel further reports that ADR rose by 1.6% to £158.94 when compared with the previous year and RevPAR increased by 1.3% to £136.43.

Breakfast Club plans expansion

The Breakfast Club is planning further expansion in 2020 reports Big Hospitality. Having negotiated a new bank facility with Santander earlier in the financial year, Breakfast Club is planning both London and regional growth.

Urban Village Pub Company purchase Towcester pub

185 Watling Street Pub & Kitchen has been sold to Urban Village Pub Company, reports The Morning Advertiser. The pub, situated in the historic market town of Towcester, will be the 7th pub in the group, spanning London and the Home Counties. The acquisition marks Urban Village Pub Company's first pub in Northamptonshire. Fleurets were instructed by administrators of Epic Pub Company, FRP Advisory, to handle to the marketing and sale.

Livelyhood reports increase in turnover

Livelyhood, a six-strong independent south London pub group, has seen turnover increase from £5.9m to £7.4m for the year ending 31st July 2019. The group is also set to open at least one more site in 2020, reports Propel.

Plas Maenan in Conwy Valley, North Wales, in on track to break through £1m in turnover in the coming 12 months, reports Boutique Hotelier. Plas Maenan was sold by Fleurets to Jane Harris, a first time hotelier, last year. Since she has invested £250k in a refurbishment and now intends to take the business to the next level, achieving £1m in turnover over the next year.
