Fleurets is delighted to announce the recent sale of the Sole & Heel, Rackheath which was purchased by a Marcus Pearcey, a multisite Norfolk operator.
They had significant interest in the opportunity with 24 parties viewing the property and received 11 bids from various interested parties, a number of which were in excess of the guide price. The agreed timescales were tight with contracts exchanged within three weeks of negotiating terms, completion taking place three weeks thereafter.
