The Royal Albert Acquired by Family-Owned Pub Company for Sixth London Site

Leisure property specialists Fleurets have overseen the freehold sale of The Royal Albert, a traditional public house located in the heart of Crystal Palace.

The pub has been sold to Windmill Taverns, marking the family-owned pub company's sixth site in London.

The property sold off a guide price of offers in excess of £1,250,000 + VAT.

Originally built in the 1930s, the public house is set to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment under its new ownership before reopening to the local community as a Mc & Sons pub.
