Leisure property specialists Fleurets, now part of Graham + Sibbald, are pleased to announce the sale of the Tunbridge Wells Hotel to Home Grown Hotels Ltd, operators of the laid-back luxury destination hotel brand THE PIG Hotels.
The 20-bedroom, Grade II listed Tunbridge Wells Hotel occupies a prominent position in the heart of The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells' historic leisure destination, home to independent boutiques, restaurants and cafés, and host to a variety of popular events throughout the year centred around the bandstand directly opposite the hotel.
The 18th-century property is set to enter an exciting new chapter under THE PIG's ownership. The hotel, which includes a bar, restaurant, function room and outdoor dining areas, is expected to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment programme over the coming months, with a focus on championing local suppliers and produce as THE PIG brings its latest project to life.
