Located in Whepstead, on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, the White Horse occupies a prominent position within the picturesque Suffolk village. The pub and restaurant had been run by a husband and wife team for many years and had gained a fantastic reputation. The premises have been let to an experienced operator, and whilst putting their own stamp on the business in the coming months they will continue to operate as a destination food led country pub.

Acting on behalf of Peabody, Fleurets ran a marketing campaign with Lambert Smith Hampton which generated multiple bids for this long-term closed pub, culminating in an excellent outcome, despite numerous challenges encountered during the process requiring our experience and expertise to negotiate.

Located close to the South of England Showground, this substantial property with extensive trading areas and seven letting bedrooms was purchased by an expanding local operator. We acted on behalf of a Dorset-based corporate client.

After navigating an ACV listing and strong interest from across a wide area, we sold this historic inn within the South Downs National Park to a young couple from London who have exciting plans.

Acting on behalf of Young's Pubs, we successfully completed the freehold sale of this attractive urban wet let pub situated a short walk east of Cambridge train station. Interest was expressed by individual operators along with other pub chains. The Petersfield was purchased by Trust Inns and it now forms part of their tenanted estate.

The Wheatsheaf in Midhurst, West Sussex was acquired by national pub operator Red Oak Taverns. Located within South Downs National Park, the historic property was marketed on both a national and local basis, generating strong interest from a wide range of leisure operators.

We were appointed to offer the freehold interest in this town centre former pub for sale on behalf of a client who acquired the premises through Fleurets as an investment. Several enquiries were received and contracts exchanged within only 3 months from instruction to another investor buyer who acquired the property subject to the existing lease.

The Mulberry Tree, Attleborough is situated circa 19 miles southwest of Norwich and is positioned on the outskirts of the town centre. The business has been run under the same ownership since 2003 and has an excellent reputation both locally and further afield. The pub and restaurant which benefits from five letting rooms was purchased by a Norfolk based operator with hospitality experience.

The Bird in Hand at Wreningham is situated circa 8 miles south of Norwich and occupies a prominent position in the village. The business has been in the same family since 2008 was sold by the second generation owners. The pub and restaurant which benefitted from eight external letting rooms was purchased by an independent operator who lives locally.

Acting on behalf of a national pub operator, we were instructed to secure a sale for alternative use. Ideally located just 200 metres from Southampton Solent University's main campus and halls of residence, the site attracted strong interest from a wide range of serious buyers. The freehold was ultimately sold to a local firm for residential use.

We sold this 16th century character pub in a lovely rural location near Amersham in an off-market transaction. The Old Swan sits in almost an acre and includes a very large and attractive beer garden and customer car park. One of the oldest in this historic city, this Grade II listed pub has been sold on behalf of a private client. After a sale unfortunately fell through, we advised going to auction and acted jointly with Clive Emson. Within only a few weeks a lot of interest resulted in multiple bids being received and a selling price greatly in excess of the reserve.

Despite a number of significant challenges, we were able to generate a great deal of interest in this listed property with an interesting history, which is set in several acres. The pub and restaurant will reopen following complete refurbishment.

Appointed as sole agents by Greene King, we successfully completed the sale of the freehold of this attractive pub, the only one in Leigh, an affluent village near Tonbridge. Several parties expressed an interest and following a closing date for offers, completion was achieved within a few weeks at the guide price initially set.

Instructed by the Administrators (FRP Advisory) to sell two interlinked buildings, comprising of a 28 bedroom hotel with a restaurant, nightclub and a public house. High interest was gained, and a best bids deadline held with multiple bids being received. The site was sold for over the asking price of £2,200,000 for continued use.
