We sold this 16th century character pub in a lovely rural location near Amersham in an off-market transaction. The Old Swan sits in almost an acre and includes a very large and attractive beer garden and customer car park. The internal bar and dining areas feature beamed ceilings, open fires and stripped floors and there is generous living accommodation on the first floor.

We sold this excellent bistro in the ever-popular seaside town for a private client who started the business and ran it very successfully for 20 years. Our marketing efforts quickly produced several offers from keen buyers and the deal completed within only a few weeks, despite it being a more complicated company sale, to another local pub and restaurant operator.

Acting on behalf of Star Pubs & Bars, we completed the sale of this closed site to a well-known Kent gastropub operator. Despite a number of significant challenges, we were able to generate a great deal of interest in this listed property with an interesting history, which is set in several acres. The pub and restaurant will reopen following complete refurbishment.

Appointed as sole agents by Greene King, we successfully completed the sale of the freehold of this attractive pub, the only one in Leigh, an affluent village near Tonbridge. Several parties expressed an interest and following a closing date for offers, completion was achieved within a few weeks at the guide price initially set.

Whilst the pub has been closed for some time, the new owners who are local and have another business in town, plan to refurbish the premises and re-open as a pub serving food.

The Lion, a spacious 5,000 sq ft pub in Teddington, sits on a road of mainly Victorian cottages near the Thames, High Street, and railway station. It combines a traditional bar with a 120-cover restaurant and a large garden for 100+ guests. Sold to local buyers keen to revive the pub to the lively and successful business it once was. It's the second pub Fleurets has sold to residents, showing strong community support for true local pubs.

This off-market deal was conditional on the grant of a new lease. Our client had traded from the premises for nearly 40 years but was ready to retire. At the same time, the landlord was looking to issue new leases to all tenants in the entire block, which introduced additional considerations during the transaction. We identified a well-funded, multi-site operator who aligned with the landlord's plans and negotiated an agreement that delivered a substantial premium for our client.

This sale inspired a great deal of interest and multiple bids. The majority of interested parties wished to continue the use as a late-night bar at ground and basement. It appealed additionally due to the value of the residential areas above in the two bedrooms. The site sold within seven weeks which is a very positive reflection on both the market and Fleurets' effort during the process.

Available with a new lease at ground or the long leasehold interest of the whole site with leisure use at ground & office space above. We received multiple expressions of interest, finalising in a best bids deadline, achieving over the asking price of £2.65m for the long leasehold interest. It was sold as a hub to the charity Team Dominica for people with learning disabilities & autism.
